H.I.I.T Fitness!

Today in fitness we did H.I.I.T.
H.I.I.T stands for  High Interval Intensity Training.
It was a series of tasks and we went in groups of two and we had to sprint to one end do an activity (eg. push ups) and then run back, tag our buddy and they would run. Each challenge would have a different amount of laps that we each had to do. It was hard but really fun and its good to change our workouts so we don't run for an hour every day.
Sometime soon we're going to do the beep test. I've done it before and it's challenging but fun.
I can't wait!
