Sand Dunes

Snow King

This week we have been doing six paragraphs and this is my story.

Once upon a time there lived a Snow King called Lord Ansgot. He has the power of being able to communicate with animals that live in the snow or in the water.

Lord Ansgot lived in a dark cave sheltering him from the bitter storms. The storms have attacked the caves many times before but the cave was as strong as it could be and stood firm.

Ever since he was little Lord Ansgot had a special way with animals and even though he is now 74 years old, animals still trust and love him.

Lord Ansgots only problem was that even though he can communicate with animals he still gets homesick but, the thing he didn't get was that he did not know were his real home is.

One day Lord Ansgots went for a walk and eventually he came to a small town. The first person to see him screamed “It’s him, it’s him, it’s Lord Ansgots!” Everyone rushed out to see him but they made a path way, which a man and a woman walked down. When they saw him they turned pale and the woman said “It's been such a long time, too long.” “Yes” agreed the man “It was way too long not to see my son's face”

Six Paragraphs
This term we have been doing six paragraphs and this is my work.

Once upon a time there lived a 20 meter tall robot and his name was Kane. He is only seen wearing big, red armour, tops and pants. The robot was 28 years old and his birthday was on the 26th of September.

Kane lives on the dimly lit streets of Helotown, scraping the pavements for food. He got used to the dark, quiet streets and the tall, swaying buildings.

He is a very kind hind robot and is always in the mood to help others. Kane loves helping people and loves to help any one at any time.

His only problem is that he is he is so big, so all the people think he is a utterly terrifying monster! Every time after he helps someone he expects them to say thanks but they just scream and run away.

Sometimes Kane feels like he is rejected and know one likes him for know one ever talks to him. Kane often feels like he doesn't belong here.
One day Kane heard screaming from the queen's palace! When Kane got there he ended up saving the 5 year old Princes cat, Marshmallow. Marshmallow is an adorable white, fluffy cat with a big, blue eyes. Now everyone loves Kane and they always say thanks when he helps them…

The Secret Cabin

This week we have been describing settings and this is my description.

Old pot plants lined the road giving the house a framed feel. Blossoms were blooming like the sun giving hope and happiness. Cold, hard cobblestones were driven into the earth from all the passing trucks. If you looked really closely on the left side there is a small sky blue door. The door has a small semicircle in it letting light stream through into the house. Pearly white clouds filled the bright sky lighting up the road. A blanket of bright green grass covered the house almost removing it from sight. Some light wind ruffled the trees, lifting the leaves high into the air.

My Amazing Avatar!

This is Olivia. She is 7.

Olivia has long, silky, chocolate brown hair. Her soft, hazel brown eyes sparkle in the sun. She has a beautiful, sweet smile that shines like the moon. She always wears a big bright red rose in her silky hair. Clutched under her right arm is her white cat called Peppermint. She is an only child and she can sometimes get a bit lonely.

Olivia is very shy around people she doesn't know but she has a very kind heart. She loves to try new things and doesn't hold back on being silly. Olivia loves to swim at QEll.

One day Olivia's parents told her that she was going to Samoa for the holidays! She was thrilled to bits and ran round to her friend Winter, who was playing on her blue set of swings. Winter had news of her own for she was going to visit her grandmother in Melbourne. On Sunday morning Olivia got up at three the morning to drive to the airport. Olivia had a great time in Samoa and would love to go back. That is Olivia’s story!
