I think she uses these skills because she has to care for all of her horses and she competes in HUGE competitions like the Olympics.

I think he uses these skills as well because he trains heaps of horses so he has to be really organised and he to compete in big competitions.
Charlotte Dujardin- Competing, Achever, Dependable, Organiser.
I think that Charlotte uses these skills because she’s a world famous dressage rider so she trained hundreds of horses that become five star horses.
